The successful candidate will be ambitious, self-sufficient, and able to deliver sales targets. The role is perfect for candidates with experience in sales from Carphone Warehouse, Harvey Norman, or Currys who are interested in working with a fast-growing Irish company and proving themselves in sales.
Multitasking, a positive attitude and a success-driven personality are a must.
We want to meet you if you are passionate about technology and customers and have at least two years of experience!
This position requires flexibility and weekend work.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving store targets and KPIs.
- Meeting, greeting and engaging customers.
- Sales – Highly skilled and has a proven track record.
- Shop maintenance (stock orders, merchandising).
- Booking in repairs to maximize revenue.
- Promote TechStar brand.
- Opening and closing store
- Working with the till
Personality:
- Passionate, outgoing, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be a fast multitasker who will not go past the quality issues.
- Great team player and self-motivated. Have a good understanding of the technical aspects of electronic devices.
- High sense of work ethics and integrity.
Experience:
Experience in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and targets. Preferred experience from Carphone Warehouse, Currys/PC World/KnowHow, Harvey Norman, DID or Expert stores.
