We’re recruiting for a Full-Time Sales Advisor who will be Multi site based, to sell the full range of Vodafone’s fixed and mobile products in our Douglas and Blackpool Stores. The role will be primarily based in Douglas, with weekly cover in Blackpool. You'll be guided by Vodafone values, which are being customer obsessed, ambitious and competitive. If you have proven sales experience in retail, telecoms or similar customer sales and service experience where you have worked to achieve and exceed targets, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- An interest in customer service and technology
- Experience in Sales or customer focused role is an advantage
- Be energetic, enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills
- Experience achieving sales targets
- Active listening and questioning skills to help enhance customer experience and achieve sales
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet monthly sales targets by selling Vodafone products and associated services
- Maintain strong knowledge of all Vodafone products, price plans, promotions, and services
- Work between our Blackpool and Douglas stores.
- Advise customers of our products and services across our range of mobile, broadband, TV, accessories and associated services
- Deliver exceptional customer assistance and service related to Vodafone products and services to achieve a positive outcome related to customers’ issues, needs or queries
- Be guided by the Vodafone values of speed, simplicity, trust and customer focus
- Be an ambassador for the Vodafone brand
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €28,000.00-€34,000.00 per year

- Douglas, CO. Cork: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
