Richardsons are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to play a pivotal role in driving sales, setting goals, both long and short-term, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to grow market share and meet revenue targets.
- Lead and inspire our internal and external sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and online brand visibility.
- Collaborate with our Purchasing Team to optimise customer pricing
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Report on sales performance, forecasting, and promotional plans
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in achieving targets
- Strong leadership, commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A self-starter with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ambitious, creative and the ability to influence decisions
- High level of customer focus and understanding
