We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, be comfortable using technology, and speak fluent English.
You’ll bring an outgoing personality, and a willingness to learn, and strong knowledge of our products and services (full training will be provided). Confidence in using computer systems and equipment relevant to the role is also important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome, advise, and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain well-stocked shelves and displays
- Provide information on pricing, promotions, and product availability
- Arrange and update window and in-store displays to a high standard
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe for customers and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive and approachable attitude
- Ability to use your own initiative and work independently when needed
- Comfortable working in an active retail environment
- Quick learner with the willingness to adapt and grow in the role
- Comfortable using computers, tills, and other relevant equipment
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
