Duties & responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Operating Point of Sale
- Taking customer orders via phone & email
- Picking & Packing Orders
- Dispatching orders through couriers
- Merchandising Stock
- Inter Store Transfers
Skills required
- Excellent Customer Service
- Computer literate
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a team player
