Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Stillorgan Gas and Plumbing, you will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction over the phone: Assisting customers over the phone, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our products and services.
- Payment Processing: Taking and processing payments efficiently and accurately.
- Scheduling and Booking: Coordinating and scheduling jobs, ensuring smooth and timely service delivery.
- Office Administration: Performing various office administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling payments and administrative tasks.
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
