KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle Incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and web in a timely and professional manner,
Provide accurate product, service and delivery information and assist customers in placing orders.
Maintain and update customer records n the CRM System
CoOrdinate with internal team ( Logistics, Sales , Branding , Accounts ) to ensure seaml;ess order fulfilment.
Generate Sales Reports and customer Data Insights for the sales team.
Assist with quotations, pricing queries , Service Route Planning and all aspects of After sales Support.
Support Marketing campaigns and follow ups when needed.
Contribute to a positive team environment by being friendly, solution focussed and ensure above all that our customers are Happy.
Key Requirements
Strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communications Skills.
Friendly Outgoing personality with a customer first attitude
High Attention to detail , ability to multi task, and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a collaborative Team.
