Join Our Team at Erris Coast Hotel – Sales & Marketing (Part-Time)
Erris Coast Hotel is seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our presence and connect with new and existing guests. This is a part-time role ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, marketing, and building relationships.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promoting the hotel’s accommodation, dining, weddings, spa, and adventure offerings, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media content and manage online platforms
- Assist with developing and delivering marketing campaigns
- Support sales efforts for weddings, events, and group bookings
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners and businesses
- Contribute creative ideas to grow brand awareness and bookings
- Assist with reporting and monitoring campaign performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or hospitality is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with good digital marketing skills (social media, Canva, etc.)
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with the local area and community is a plus
