We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Hertz, Swords, Co. Dublin. The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for handling and managing the workflow of the organisation's sales processes for contract management, in the commercial & leisure segments for Hertz International. Enabling sales operations to run smoothly and ensure the implementation of sales strategies, to further the growth of the sales organisation.
What You’ll Do:
Contract Analysis
- Analyses all elements of contracts ensuring that the negotiated terms are met. Recommend alternative renewal strategies, working with the Sales Bid Manager and the Sales Account Managers.
Implementation & Amendments
- Maintains a range of different rates & fees in Hertz applications. A system expert for contract rate loading and gate keeper for any amendments.
Problem Solving
- Ability to resolve a wide variety of queries in relation to negotiated rates & fees in Hertz applications.
- Finding and testing solutions and work arounds' to complex issues.
- Identify opportunities from systems inefficiencies for future enhancement to roll out. Completes root cause analysis.
Control & Audit
- Adheres to Hertz policies, processes, and procedures, including the control of customer data under GDPR.
- Ensures this is carried out within regulatory and Hertz guidelines.
- Complies with all current audit and SOX requirements.
Bid Co-Ordination
- Supports the collation of information for the creation of bid responses, producing branded documentation/ presentations for the sales team to deliver during customer negotiations.
- Manages internal deadlines to ensure bids are completed and submitted in a timely and effective manner.
Account Documentation
- Produces branded documentation to a professional standard for the sales team during account negotiations.
- Assembles contract packages for both external accounts and internal stakeholder's reference.
Training & Development
- Manages the on-boarding process for new Hertz Europe sales team members.
- Provides systems training across all Hertz IT platforms to lay the foundations & understanding for them to be effective in their role.
