Sales Representative – FMCG (Full-Time)
Location: Trim, Co. Meath (with travel across ROI & NI)
Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 OTE

Bluestone Sales & Distribution, based in Trim, Co. Meath, is a leading supplier of premium household and lifestyle brands including Brita, Kitchen Devil, Severin, E-Cloth, Leifheit, Soehnle, Greener Cleaner, Strata, and Swan. We supply to all major retailers across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to manage a well-established portfolio of trading accounts across ROI and NI. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to strengthen long-term customer relationships while actively developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop strong, trust-based relationships with an existing customer base
- Identify customer needs and promote tailored product solutions from our extensive brand portfolio
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Present the correct product range aligned with customer profiles and market demand
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales progress, forecasts, and market feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a similar FMCG sales role
- Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness and organisational ability
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a collaborative team player
- Ability to problem-solve and handle objections effectively
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
