Indeed is seeking a Sales Strategist to join our Operational Excellence team, supporting small businesses. This role will focus on aligning business priorities through performance tracking and reporting, as well as streamlining workflows and optimizing processes. The Strategist will work closely with Sales, Client Success, Operational Excellence leadership, and other internal partners to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and foster business growth. The role involves analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, managing cross-functional projects, and building scalable processes that align business priorities and drive results. The Strategist will also drive process optimization for Sales and Client Success teams, while using business reviews and KPI tracking to ensure alignment and measure progress. This role requires a focus on collaboration and delivering results that elevate the customer experience while enabling teams to work more effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scale across functions.
Analyze business performance to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize operations, and support initiatives.
Develop and execute roadmaps, reporting, and communication strategies to align business partners.
Manage programs and projects from ideation to execution, ensuring measurable impact.
Foster innovation and continuous improvement by refining processes and enhancing outcomes.
Use KPI tracking and business reviews to maintain alignment and drive results.
Skills/Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills for complex challenges.
Results-oriented with excellent attention to detail and commercial/business insight.
Proven data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving initiatives to completion.
Ability to influence business partners and collaborate effectively across teams.
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 53,000 - 77,000 EUR per year
