Passionately and confidently engage business customers by showcasing our technology and helping them discover how Apple and third-party solutions and services can transform the way they work. Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other necessary tools. Manage customer Leads and outbound campaign activities while engaging SMB customers by showcasing how Apple and third-party products can enhance their businesses. Establish a foundation for long-term relationships between local business customers and Apple Retail through proactive and informative engagement, exceptional service, and tailored recommendations. Understand how to use multiple sources of information to stay current on product, policies and technology changes. Deliver an Only at Apple Experience at every opportunity. Achieve goals set out by the business while providing an excellent customer experience

Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent English and Saudi Arabic required with excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Saudi Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record of success and high performance in technology and business solutions sales or equivalent.
- Experience working in contact centre environments, and/or in a customer facing sales.
- Strong presentation skills to confidently present solutions to customers.
- Strong technical skills, particularly on Apple products, mobility adoption and business transformation with general knowledge of key SMB industries, technology trends, challenges, and industries
- Ability to maintain composure and deliver exceptional customer experiences in any environment, energised by personal interaction.
- Flexibility to rotate through different sales specialities and support other RCC departments as needed.
- As this role depends on the volume of the business, flexibility around shifts and weekend working hours will be required.
- Comfortable working with leadership to provide programmatic and tool improvement ideas. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
