We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join a strategically important programme for a major Public Health client. You will play a pivotal role as the senior technical leader within a collaborative team of 25+ professionals spanning Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, business analysis, and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for a major Public Health client.
Own technical delivery ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and high-quality.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating technical concepts into clear recommendations for stakeholders and design authorities.
Oversee solution planning and estimation, including support for tenders and proposals.
Mentor delivery teams, driving best practices in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, BAs, off-site tech teams) to align technical delivery with client objectives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven track record designing and delivering complex Salesforce enterprise solutions.
Strong expertise as a Salesforce Technical Architect with hands-on technical capability.
In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and ideally Health Cloud or other Industry Clouds.
Solid experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of architectural design patterns and ability to present solution options to stakeholders.
Excellent consulting, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Agile delivery experience, thriving in collaborative, multi-disciplinary environments.
Multiple Salesforce certifications (especially within the Architect domain) are expected. Broader certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe) are a plus.
Experience in responding to tenders/proposals is highly desirable.
