Hendrick Marketing Agency is a fast growing Irish marketing business looking for a confident, driven Sales Representative. We work with construction businesses across Ireland and the UK, helping them grow through performance-based marketing. Now we need someone who’s ready to bring in new clients and set them up to become a client.
This is a remote freelance role for someone who thrives on results, communicates clearly, and operates well in a team environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Reaching out to inbound leads and following up consistently
- Making outbound calls and sending outreach messages (warm & cold)
- Booking in discovery and sales calls with potential clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with our marketing team to align messaging and targeting
- Keeping CRM and pipeline systems up-to-date
- Managing our email marketing system
- improving current or starting new lead generation systems
Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
- Must be based in Ireland
- Must be a freelancer or currently unemployed
- Availability needed Monday–Friday
- Confident speaking on the phone and presenting offers clearly
- Organised and able to track conversations, leads, and follow-ups
Helpful Skills (Training Provided):
- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Knowledge of the construction or marketing industry is a bonus
- High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
- Can take advice and is coachable
- Worked with email marketing previously

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From €2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
