Key Responsibilities for Santa:
- Warmly greet children and families, creating a joyful and welcoming atmosphere.
- Engage with children to hear their holiday wishes and dreams, responding in a friendly and encouraging manner.
- Pose for photographs with guests, ensuring that each family captures their special moment with Santa.
- Work closely with elves and event staff to ensure smooth operations and a delightful experience for all attendees.
- Maintain the spirit of Santa throughout the event, embodying the character with joy and authenticity.
Requirements for Santa:
- A love for Christmas and the ability to embody the spirit of Santa Claus is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with children and families.
- Previous experience in acting, working with children or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during the event period.
