Club Spraoi is hiring Play Leaders for our services in Rochestown, Douglas and Ballinlough
Position: Play Leader
Duties of the Role:
- To assist in the day to day organisation and running of the Afterschool Care Programme, providing high standards of care and play opportunities for children between the ages of 4-12 years old in a safe and secure environment.
- Planning and implementing creative and exciting activities and play opportunities for the children.
- Supporting children in social, emotional, physical development. Conflict resolution / behaviour management.
- Working within the framework of the Club’s and school’s policies and procedures.
Requirements for the role:
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in working with children
- First Aid Certificate an advantage
- Child Protection training an advantage
- QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education / Montessori an advantage
Hours: 16-20 hours between the hours of 1pm and 6:15 Monday to Friday
Job Types: Part-time
Salary.. €13.65-€14.50 per hour
