About The Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a site Security Supervisor based at one of our prestigious client shopping centre sites in Swords, Dublin.
Position: Full Time
Hours: 5 days per week, flexible shifts required to be available Monday-Sunday
We require Officers to be PSA licenced.
The Site Supervisor role is required to provide an efficient, effective and professional security service.
Key Duties
- Act as an ambassador for the company
- Follow on site security requirements including access control and CCTV.
- Report any security events in the onsite log.
- Access control including carpark.
- Visitors first point of contact.
- Deal with emergency situations, supporting emergency services as required.
- Complete the onsite paperwork in a clear format.
- Liaise with Bidvest Noonan Management regarding any security issues or problems.
- Customer Care Experience.
- Assisting the Service Manager with administrative duties and personnel management,
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Previous supervisory experience is required
- Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures
- Ability to work with confidential and classified information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- 5-year verifiable history
- Valid Visa to work in Ireland on a full-time basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Customer/Client focused
- Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations
- Basic computer literacy required
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to respond to issues in an effective, efficient and calm manner
- Dependent on experience
