Creative Keyboards provides group keyboard classes to primary schools across Ireland using The Victoria College London Syllabus. We can supply books and keyboards aligned with this syllabus and support teachers in delivering fun, engaging music lessons to children.
The opportunity:
We are seeking experienced self employed music teachers to deliver one hour group keyboard lessons during after school hours. Each project runs for three 10 week terms accross the school year.
Key Details:
- Flexible self -employed role-choose which school projects to accept.
- One hour group keyboard lessons(typically 2/3 hours per afternoon.
- Lessons follow the external Victoria College London syllabus. Optional Creative Keyboard resources provided.
- A car is essential for transporting keyboards to and from school venues
- Class times are set by the schools, teachers maintain autonomy over teaching methods.
Requirements:
- Strong keyboard skills(teaching experience preferred)
- Garda vetting (can be arranged)
- Ability to motivate and engage young learners
- Own car and ability to transport equipment
- Must invoice monthly and manage own tax obligations.
