Our client is one of Ireland’s leading agencies, providing sales and merchandising services for leading global FMCG brands. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Account Executive to maintain and develop client relationships and to support the field-based teams.
Responsibility Summary
To be the primary contact for your designated clients. Your tasks will include analysing of results and compiling feedback for client reports. Effective management and motivation of field-based teams. You will be required to complete specified weekly and monthly administration tasks accurately and efficiently to meet tight deadlines. You will be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the service levels provided to these clients in every aspect and an ability to proactively manage your accounts is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have very strong organisational skills, an effective time manager with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. With a professional manner, articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will require a proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Major Responsibilities:
· Primary point of contact for day-to-day enquiries (internal & external) and proactively working with cross functional teams
· Stay up to date with client industry and competition to deliver value and insights
· Preparation and distribution of Client reports as per agreed contract timelines
· Full responsibility for accurate account administration conducted in a timely fashion including but not limited to:
·Maintaining account staff contact details, assets, and equipment log
·Maintaining asset log of all vehicles, fuel cards, toll cards and insurance in collaboration with the Finance Team
·Learning and Development
· Organisation and coordination of client or field meetings as required throughout the year
· Full Budget control in collaboration with Client Services Manager
· Recruitment support, screening, and interviewing
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a CRM or Field Sales support role would be advantageous
· Client centric, you will have exceptional relationship building skills
· Strong organisational, planning skills and real attention to the detail
· Ability to demonstrate solid analytical and presentation skills
· Computer literate with proficiency in MS365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Tableau and Teamhaven or equivalent.
· Excellent communication skills
