Eligible applicants will be those who on the closing date for the competition:
Proven experience designing and delivering integrated communications strategies within large, complex organisations.- Experience in internal communications, including staff engagement, messaging strategies, and digital channel management.
- A background in media relations, with ability to manage press queries, draft statements, and support senior spokespersons.
- Strong track record in social media management across multiple platforms, including content creation, publishing, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to work with internal clients and stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, under pressure and to deadlines.
- Knowledge of project management principles and experience coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills tailored to various audiences and formats.
- Experience of parliamentary affairs
- An evidence-based, audience-led approach to communication.
- Familiarity with communications in a healthcare or public sector environment is desirable.
