What you will do
Reporting to Global Creative’s Head of Creative Success, the Senior Creative Success Coordinator will act as the bridge between our creative team and wider Johnson Controls stakeholders. This role is a key relationship management role, underpinned by strong communication and project coordination skills.
Senior Creative Success Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Partner with Johnson Controls stakeholders and creative teams to drive projects from brief to delivery
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and our creative team
- Work collaboratively with marketers to develop and negotiate project scopes
- Lead stakeholder communications, meetings, and expectations management – including pitching of creative concepts and campaigns alongside creative team
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, providing progress reports to all project stakeholders. Ensure project targets are met
- Support Global Creative’s mission of brand consistency and quality assurance initiatives
- Foster stakeholder loyalty to Global Creative
- Work according to team standards and operating procedures
- Assist with and contribute to department administration, marketing and advertising initiatives
- Support project planning and stakeholder relationship building for the Head of Creative Success
- Exploratory use of AI tools will be involved in this role
What we’re looking for:
Required
- 4 + years of project/account management experience
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and creative projects
- Demonstrable communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of creative processes and brand management
- Self-motivated and invested in expanding knowledge
- Shows initiative – loves to solve problems
- A team player with exceptional organizational skills. You will have a knack for receiving and implementing constructive criticism
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understands the importance of respecting, promoting, valuing, and integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion in a professional environment.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in creative communications or marketing
- Experience in an in-house creative team
