Role Overview
As Senior Electrician, you’ll oversee electrical installations in modular homes. You’ll lead a team, ensure compliance with Irish electrical standards, and contribute to the seamless delivery of turnkey housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute electrical installations in modular housing units
- Interpret and review electrical schematics and blueprints
- Ensure compliance with Safe Electric standards and Irish building codes
- Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices
- Conduct system testing, fault finding, and final inspections
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used
- Assist in planning electrical layouts for new modular designs
Requirements
- Fully qualified Electrician with Safe Electric registration
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential or modular construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Irish electrical regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and mentor junior staff
- Full driving license and flexibility to travel to sites
