We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Food & Beverage Assistant to join our dynamic team at The Keadeen Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and is ready to take the next step in their Food & Beverage career.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Food & Beverage Supervisors and Managers in the daily operations of all F&B outlets
Lead by example in delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to all guests
Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation in all service areas
Handle guest queries or issues efficiently and professionally
Contribute to a positive team environment with strong communication and teamwork
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar Food & Beverage role within a hotel or restaurant
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
Confident, friendly, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative and work well under pressure
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
