Lexington House is seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join our team. We are a state of the art 92-bed facility located in the heart of Clondalkin Village, well serviced by Public Transport Routes, within 20 minutes walk of the Red Cow Luas Line.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Duties include assisting with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and daily activities, while ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
Details:
- Full-time 40 hours per week
- Shifts are 12 hours in length, with flexible working arrangements

- Overtime pay on weekends 15% Saturday and 20% Sunday

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Nursing Home setting within Ireland
- Must have excellent spoken & written English.
- QQI Level 5 or equivalent
- Must hold valid permission to work, overseas applicants will not be considered at this time
