We are seeking a skilled and delivery-focused Senior ICT Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of infrastructure upgrades and technology transformations. Location: Dublin 1 – Hybrid (Minimum 50% onsite attendance required; Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30)

Role Overview
The Senior ICT Project Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of key IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with internal governance standards and timelines.
The successful candidate will manage project planning, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and third-party vendor relationships. These projects include Windows upgrades, operating system and application refreshes, and data center-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure-related projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Prepare and present governance documentation to senior stakeholders
- Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and project milestones
- Coordinate resources and stakeholder inputs across multiple IT teams
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure project alignment
- Maintain all project artefacts, including detailed plans, logs, and status reports
- Support operational readiness and change management processes
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience delivering complex IT infrastructure projects, including OS and application upgrades
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, RAID logs)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, budgets, and conflicting priorities
- Experience coordinating with third-party suppliers and service providers
- Knowledge of data center operations, security considerations, and Windows server environments
- Strong communication skills across senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams
- Experience working within public sector or similarly governed environments is advantageous
Mandatory Requirements (Pass/Fail Criteria)Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience delivering IT infrastructure projects in organisations of a comparable scale and complexity to a central financial authority
Qualifications: Relevant project management experience is required; recognised certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
Availability: Must be available to commence services in October 2025
English Language Proficiency: High proficiency in written and spoken English for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting
