Location
This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We’re thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What You Will Do:
As our new Senior Manager, Tax you will be responsible for managing tax compliance across Corporate Tax, VAT, Global Mobility for the Mark Anthony International business (INTL) which operates in over 20 countries with corporate tax filings in three (IRL, UK, AU) countries.
This will involve timely and accurate submission of all tax filings and adherence to Group Tax Policies, direct and indirect tax compliance, managing cross-border employee tax matters, excise matters, tax due diligence for international market expansion, and supporting the Corporate Tax team with transfer pricing, and year-end provisioning.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with Corporate Tax team on Transfer Pricing local filing requirements for International legal entities.
- Collaborate with INTL Compliance, Corporate Tax and INTL Finance to ensure governance and compliance of group structure with INTL market expansion
- Responsible for the preparation of year-end tax provisions, tax payments and filing of INTL corporation tax returns and related schedules.
- Responsible for the preparation and filing of the INTL VAT returns and other related reporting requirements across several jurisdictions.
- Manage tax due diligence for INTL market expansion including direct and indirect tax implications.
- Provide tax support to the business on VAT and customs and excise matters on ongoing importing and exporting goods.
- Manage global mobility tax matters relating to cross-border employees and payroll set-up.
- Act as the principal point of contact for INTL tax authorities with managing information requests and various tax registrations.
- Provide tax support to all INTL functions i.e. supply chain, commercial, digital sales, Finance.
- Develop and execute appropriate tax optimization strategies that align with overall business objectives, and in collaboration with Corporate Tax Team
- Monitor changes in tax legislation, assess their impact on the business, and proactively implement necessary actions to ensure compliance and optimize outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit-ready records to support tax positions and ensure compliance
- Lead responses to tax audits, including preparing supporting materials and defending the company’s filing position
- Continue to develop the Intl Tax Function and build out compliance processes and knowledge of overall tax compliance
- Provide a single point of contact for Mark Anthony International business leaders on tax matters
- Support the SVP Global Finance and VP, Tax (Corporate Office) with special projects
What You'll Bring:
Recognized professional accounting and tax qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTA) and a post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
7+ years’ experience in Irish tax, with additional UK tax experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and tax data.
Prior experience working in a multinational, fast-paced environment, managing cross-border tax matters.
Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, with a track record of collaborating effectively across multiple functions and geographies.
