Job Purpose
Support the implementation of the annual marketing plans for the Select Tech group brands, Select Retail, DID Electrical and DID Essentials Retail in line with group priorities across traditional and digital marketing channels.
The role includes running marketing campaigns for some of the biggest tech brands in the world including Apple, Samsung, Bosch and Dyson.
Responsibilities / Key Objectives:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, in-store, and PR.
Creative Development: Brief, manage, and review the design of marketing assets, including digital ads, social content, brochures, POS, and in-store collateral.
Brand Partnerships: Build and execute brand partner campaign plans; manage approval processes, budgets, activation, and post-campaign reporting.
Content Creation: Produce engaging, platform-appropriate content for Meta, TikTok, and other channels to grow audience engagement and brand presence.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, e-commerce, product, and operations teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned with business priorities.
Market Insight: Track competitor activity, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities to differentiate and grow customer engagement.
PR & Communications: Support proactive PR opportunities, brand storytelling, and media engagement to elevate brand profile.
Budget Management: Assist in the planning and monitoring of campaign budgets, ensuring activity is cost-effective and ROI-driven.
Performance Measurement: Report on campaign performance using key metrics and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills:
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Proven creative flair and ability to translate insights into actionable ideas.
Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills across channels.
Confident in managing stakeholders, both internal and external.
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team effort.
High level of IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Falcon, and/or Klaviyo is desirable.
Commercially aware with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Education:
Third-level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing role within retail, FMCG, or an agency environment.
Demonstrable experience in campaign management, digital content creation, and brand marketing.
