Job Perks:

Qualifications:
- Reporting to the Dealer Principal.
- 4+ years Main Dealership experience.
- 4+ years of Motor Sales experience.
- Commercial vehicle sales experience would be of distinct advantage.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate will be a process-driven person.
- Must have valid work authorisation within Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the positioning and perception of Ford passenger vehicle and commercial vehicle range in the market.
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including commercial vehicle sales, marketing, after-sales, senior management and finance.
- Continuous training of industry developments, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences.
- Maintaining strong relationships with our current customers.
- Engaging in strategies to introduce our offerings to new potential customers, aiming to expand our reach and grow our client base.
- Ideal candidate must be a people’s person.
