Invoicing is essential to the daily operations of many businesses using Squarespace, from solo entrepreneurs to growing service teams. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll shape tools that simplify how users manage their work, get paid, and deliver a polished, professional experience — all while partnering closely with cross-functional collaborators to design cohesive, end-to-end solutions across the platform.
You’ll craft invoicing experiences that integrate seamlessly with other business tools like scheduling, CRM, and payments. Your work will help unify our business management ecosystem, streamline user workflows, and support the evolving needs of service-based businesses.
In this role, you’ll influence product strategy, uncover new opportunities, and define experiences that scale across multiple product lines. You’ll also contribute to how we work as a design team — championing systems thinking, high-quality craft, strong partnerships, and a deep commitment to user-centered design.
This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin, Ireland office. You will report to the Senior Design Manager of the Online Stores team.

- Be data-driven and have an interest in measuring and improving the experience.
- Contribute to OKRs, product strategy, vision, and roadmap by working closely with PM and Engineering partners
- Help define key metrics in order to track success and business impact
- Maintain clear team alignment around goals and priorities
- Partner with user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency
- Collaborate with our Design Systems team to ensure your work integrates into our ecosystem
- Love talking to users and looking at data in equal measure
Who We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience in product design
- Simplifies complex data into actionable design tasks
- Proficient in Figma and prototyping both large concepts and micro-interactions
- Strong visual design expertise in consistency, color, typography, and animation
- Experience with UX methodologies for complex systems (service blueprints, user journeys, usability testing)
- Systems approach to designing large concepts and micro-interactions
- Effective at storytelling and tailoring presentations for different audiences
- Passionate about impactful design, staying current with trends
- Provides thought leadership and aligns design with brand voice
