This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in autonomous settings, and brings a sharp eye for detail to every stage of the product development process. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from shaping early ideas and validating direction to delivering well crafted, production ready designs.
We are especially interested in designers with experience in fintech or banking environments, who can work within complex systems and turn dense information into clear, usable interfaces. You should be comfortable working across teams and navigating high stakes product decisions with a confident, collaborative mindset.

- Conduct or support user research and discovery to identify real customer needs
- Apply and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency while evolving patterns to support real product needs
- Translate complexity into simple, elegant solutions that scale across user types and business models
- Design end to end flows and interfaces with precision and clarity, balancing usability, visual craft, and technical constraints
- Work across systems and features to help scale quality and coherence through shared components and principles
- Provide and seek thoughtful feedback, helping raise the overall quality of design within the team
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Five to eight years of experience in product design, with at least two years working on fintech or banking products
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking, clear interaction design, and a high level of craft
- Experience working on products that require careful handling of complex data, dense user interfaces, or information rich experiences
- Proven ability to work independently and push projects forward with minimal oversight
- Strong research knowledge and the ability to translate insights into actionable and impactful design decisions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to frame challenges and guide teams through decision making
Nice to have:
- Experience designing for lending products, analytics dashboards, or business financial tools
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices
- Background in fast moving product environments
