Job Overview

Integrity360 is seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the PMO Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of complex Cyber Security projects within our organization. In addition to having extensive experience in Cyber Security, substantial experience of onboarding new services into a Managed Services environment is required. Experience of working with Bid teams and on RFP's is highly desirable.


The role requires the management of cross-functional teams, coordinating with Presales, Professional Services and Service Delivery, together with key client stakeholders, to lead and deliver Cyber Security projects that are critical to our clients' security posture, enhancing the security and integrity of their systems and data.


The successful candidate will have experience across a number of the technologies we provide, such as EDR, XDR, NDR, MDR, TVM, Firewalls etc and will ideally have delivered projects using products from class-leading vendors including Microsoft, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Trellix, Sentinel One, Splunk, Qualys, DarkTrace, Vectra, Fortinet and Checkpoint.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, clients, external vendors and senior leadership to define project requirements, timelines and deliverables. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Team Management: Build and lead project teams, including assigning tasks, managing schedules, setting priorities and providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to address risks and ensure minimal impact to project timelines and organizational security posture.
  • Resource Allocation: Effectively plan, allocate and manage project resources to meet project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to internal security policies, best practices, industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001).
  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Track project expenditures and adjust project plans as necessary to meet budgetary constraints.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, project change documentation, risk/issue acceptance, progress reports, and post-implementation reviews. Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project health and security posture improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with cybersecurity trends, technologies, best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, CISSP, CISM, ITIL

Experience

  • At least five years experience managing IT projects, including a minimum of two years managing cyber security projects, preferably within large enterprise environments.
  • A minimum of two years experience of working within a Managed Services environment, delivering multiple concurrent projects to a range of clients operating in multiple sectors.
  • Previous experience with Bid Teams and RFP’s is highly desirable.

Technical

  • Strong understanding of cyber security concepts, risk management and security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
  • Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), endpoint protection, encryption, identity and access management (IAM) and security information and event management (SIEM).
  • Experience with cloud security, application security and network security is highly desirable.
