What You'll Do
- Act as the primary project manager across written proposals and supporting materials—ensuring quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.
- Manage complex, high-visibility RFP and proposal responses aligned to Salesforce’s Life Sciences industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, solution engineering, product, legal, and marketing to gather inputs and develop clear, compelling responses.
- Ensure proposals reflect Salesforce’s messaging, positioning, and brand standards.
- Contribute to and help strengthen Salesforce’s Life Sciences product roadmap and differentiators.
- Build trusted relationships across internal teams and develop a deep understanding of Salesforce’s structure to efficiently drive proposal development..
- Maintain and improve the Life Sciences RFP content library to ensure high-quality, up-to-date, and reusable proposal content.
- Contribute to continuous innovation exploring how AI can improve and streamline the Proposal process
- Drive impactful projects that improve team efficiency and stakeholder support.
- Review and improve project management processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Analyse data to inform process improvements and share insights with the team. Support teammates, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
️ What We're Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in proposal management, business development or project management—ideally within Life Sciences, CROs, or technology vendors supporting the industry.
- Understanding of Life Sciences business processes, regulatory dynamics, and technology needs.
- Experience working in or leading Agile projects.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise and adapt to shifting business needs.
- Executive presence with strong interpersonal skills—comfortable influencing stakeholders and challenging the status quo when needed.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM (custom objects, queues, reports, dashboards, etc.).
