In 2022 Frank Keane acquired Doran Motors and Drogheda Car Sales. Both dealerships are now part of the Frank Keane Group, a significant automotive business in Ireland. In 2024 Drogheda Car Sales was upgraded and rebranded to Frank Keane Drogheda. Frank Keane Drogheda is a franchise partner for Hyundai and Suzuki.

Our sales team plays a vital role in shaping the customer journey, as we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to help drive this continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Senior & Leadership Duties
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan promotional strategies to drive the continued growth of our business and to generate new business opportunities.
- Contribute to showroom standards, display layouts, and the overall customer experience strategy.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and assist in resolving disputes.
- Support and mentor junior sales assistants, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
- Assist in onboarding and training of new sales staff.
Sales & Customer Service
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle purchase process.
- Present, demonstrate, and promote new and used vehicles in line with customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, pricing, promotions, and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct test drives and product presentations, highlighting vehicle features and benefits.
- Accurately complete all sales documentation, including finance applications and vehicle handover paperwork.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for units sold, finance products, and add-ons (e.g., warranties, service plans).
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the motor trade.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance products.
- Confident in using dealership CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Full Irish driving licence.
