Job Summary
Toyota Long Mile requires a full-time experienced sales executive for a busy Franchised Dealer in Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a natural born seller, have an in-depth understanding of the market, a positive approach along with a passion for people and excellent customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. The ideal candidate should be extremely well organized and able to work within a team environment. You must also have excellent attention to detail, be customer focused and flexible to be able to adapt quickly to the needs of a busy garage
Job Responsibilities:
- Meeting and exceeding targets, achieving maximum profitability on sales of used vehicles
- Be familiar with all finance products
- To ensure the highest degree of customer service at all times
- Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and immaculate presentation.
Essential Skills:
- Strong negotiating and closing skills
- Have a smart appearance with a polite and professional demeanour
- Ability to adapt to a changing and progressive organisation
- High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach
- Be confident in the use of computers and have an excellent phone manner
- Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude
- Fluency in English both written and oral
- Have the ability to discuss customer needs and advise on the most suitable vehicle
- Minimum 2 years Sales Experience
- A full and valid Irish driving licence
