The position involves working as part of a small team in our Kitchen and at our market stall in The Galway Market. Duties will include:
- Preparation and serving of food (training will be provided).
- Barista experience an advantage but training can be given.
- Serving customers.
- Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out.
- Clean food preparation areas and equipment.
- assist back of house as needed with food preparation and cleaning.
- Use the till and responsibility for cash up daily.
- Opportunities for progression.
Skills required : Good communication skills, Time management, Organisation skills, flexibility, ability to use your initiative and work under instruction, good capacity for teamwork and ability to sustain focus. Excellent customer service skills essential.
Hours will range Monday to Saturday daytime and early evenings. Location is Westside and The Galway Market.
