Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, presenting menus and offering recommendations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure proper table settings.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Process bills, handle cash or card payments, and provide receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling guidelines.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including stocking and cleaning.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred but not always required).
- Good team work skills
- Be prompt with work load
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week
