Job Description:
As a Service Advisor at Malones Toyota Drogheda, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers ,as the first point of contact for workshop customers. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We pride ourselves on maintaining high brand standards, and we require all our team members to present themselves well and take pride in the appearance of our showroom.
Role Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the Service department and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Handle aftersales enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Coordinate bookings for retail and internal work efficiently.
- Promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure all requested work is completed and charged accurately.

- Experience with Autoview is desirable but not essential.
- A technical background would be advantageous.
