Description:
Mr. Windscreen is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in our Tallaght Depot. This vital role is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional customer experience by managing all service-related inquiries and processes efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Manage all service-related telephone and walk-in inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Clearly communicate with customers regarding the work to be performed on their vehicles, ensuring complete understanding and satisfaction.
Handle the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles, ensuring all necessary Vehicle Health Checks are conducted.
Administration and Documentation:
- Accurately invoice completed work.
- Ensure the completion of warranty obligations in line with company standards.
- Maintain all relevant systems, ensuring the accuracy of data at all times.
- Liaise with the department manager to address and resolve any customer complaints, following up in accordance with agreed procedures.
- Engage with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Perform any other appropriate activities as specified by the Service Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer systems and software.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A full clean driving license is required.

Pay: €29,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
