We are on the lookout for a driven, passionate and positive sales person to join our highly successful Cork showroom team at the Donnybrook Commercial Centre , Cork. This isn’t just any sales job – we are looking to fill a key role in one of our priority locations. This is a high-demand area, and we need driven individuals to help us meet the growing needs of our customers.
What we offer:
We are offering a full-time position (40 hours per week), with the potential to earn between upwards of €30000 uncapped
A bit about the role….
- Welcome our customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store.
- Ask the right questions to uncover and understand customer needs
- Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice.
- Produce customer proposals.
- Process orders.
- Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets.
- Exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Keep sales lead sheets up to date.
- Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone.
- Effectively overcome any potential objections.
- Process telephone orders.
- Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store.
- Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.
- Develop a good understanding of all the Bathshack product range and keep up to date with new products
A bit about you…..
- Of course you'll be reliable, professional, driven and approachable
- A great attitude and motivation to work with our customers
- Experience in the use of MS office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Willing to develop a great knowledge of sales and the sales process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Motivated team player
- Good problem solving ability
- Ability to work on your own initiative once trained and confident.
- Able to work during late night opening and Saturdays where required
It would be advantageous for you to have…..
- Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
- Extensive experience and confidence in the use of IT
