Metro Hotel Dublin Airport, a 4* hotel just minutes from Dublin Airport is currently recruiting an experienced Shuttle Bus Driver.
You will convey a positive and professional image of the hotel to both customers and colleagues in an efficient, friendly and helpful manner, while ensuring that all duties are conducted to required standards.
Main duties of the role:
- Transport customers to and from Dublin Airport and the hotel in a safe and timely manner.
- Provide a high-quality service to all customers.
- Assist customers with luggage.
- Carry out a daily walk-round check of the shuttle bus prior to the start of each shift and appropriately reporting any defects found.
- Ensure that the shuttle bus is fuelled and internally presentable at all times.
- Drive customers in a safe controlled manner and adhere to the Company Driving Standards Policy at all times.
- Observe all traffic and safety laws
- Record and report any accidents / incidents to your line manager.
Key skills and attributes required:
- Full driving licence with the following entitlements:
Category D/D1 entitlement plus a valid CPC card
- Reliable, flexible, positive and professional.
- Must be able to work from 4AM until 2 PM
- Good team player.
- Must be flexible in regards of days
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
- A keen and enthusiastic nature.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €15.50-€16.50 per hour
