Site Foremen/Supervisor required for an grid connection/substation project in Farranrory, County Tipperary.
The Role:
- Oversee weekly documentation e.g., machine checks, SPA's, GA3's GA2's etc.
- Participate in weekly progress meetings.
- Liaise with Project Manager on project, design and client expectations.
- Organise and track materials and liaise with suppliers.
- Organise and manage operations on a daily basis.
- Co-ordinate & manage multiple crews - site team, trades and sub-contractors.
- Inspection of all completed work.
- Tracking daily activities on site.
- Understanding company policies with regard to quality and ensuring these are implemented at every level of works.
- Ensuring site safety standards are met e.g., PPE
- Accurate time management of site and site diary.
- Ensure construction operations are carried out in accordance with health & safety, environmental and quality requirements as per project RAMS
- Implementation and supervision of Traffic Management Plans
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as a civil foreman or site manager.
- Safe Pass, Manual Handling.
- Must have previous civils experience.
- Experience with ducting would be an advantage
- Good understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptable, motivated and uses own initiative
Monday to Friday with possible weekend work.
Salary
- Excellent rates available for the right candidate (DOE).
