Heco Ventures Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and highly Skilled Labourer to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. With a strong focus on quality and efficiency, we pride ourselves on maintaining properties to the highest standards. We are looking for a versatile individual with proven experience in **plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and roofing**.
Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations, including fixing leaks, installing fixtures, and maintaining systems.
- Carry out electrical tasks, such as wiring, lighting installations, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Conduct carpentry work, including repairs, installations, and custom builds.
- Perform roofing repairs and maintenance to ensure property integrity.
- Undertake general labour tasks such as cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and maintenance.
- Conduct property snagging at the end of renovations to identify and rectify defects or unfinished work.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
- Maintain and organise tools, equipment, and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service to property owners and tenants.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and roofing
- Additional experience in general labour and property snagging is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and own a van.
- Garda vetted or willing to undergo Garda vetting.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks.
