Skilled Operative
Due to our continued growth in the property industry, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Skilled Operative to join our friendly team. Leinster Property Services is a professional, well established and fully compliant property services company. We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster.
- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Carpentry works
- Repair works
- Window & door repairs
- Roof & gutter repairs
- Attic insulation works
- General maintenance works and upgrades
Person:
- Excellent punctuality and attendance
- Experience of domestic / property maintenance service
- Safe Pass (an advantage but not essential)
- Manual handling (will be provided)
- A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry.
- Full valid driving licence
- Excellent personal presentation and time keeping skills.
- Motivated to be part of a successful, focused team

Salary depending on experience & skills: €33,873 to €38,158 plus tax free subsistence
Hours:
7.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday. Early finish on Fridays - 3pm
