Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly with crane operators via hand signals and/or radio to guide lifting operations.
- Safely sling and secure loads in line with lifting plans and safety procedures.
- Perform visual inspections of lifting gear and report defects or hazards.
- Assist with planning and preparation for lifting operations, including load assessments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment around lifting zones.
- Work closely with the lifting team to ensure safe coordination of tasks.
- Follow all relevant health and safety legislation, site rules, and company policies.
- Stop operations and raise concerns if unsafe practices are observed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
