Warranty Manager – Sigma Homes
Sigma Homes is a design and build team, specialising in high-quality renovations, retrofits, and extensions to existing homes. We are seeking a hands-on Warranty Manager to oversee the snagging and warranty process, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard.
This role combines management responsibilities with a practical, on-site approach. Key duties include:
- Conducting snagging reviews with the Office Manager and homeowners.
- Investigating and preparing full solutions for each snag.
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and snagging teams.
- Preparing materials and ensuring all work is ready for client inspection.
- Managing client sign-off sheets and reporting directly to the Office Manager.
- Attending weekly reviews to track progress and maintain quality standards.
