- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining software features associated with manufacturing process, primarily MES Camstar / Siemens Opcenter & Mendix, supporting multiple manufacturing sites.
- You will ensure that software development work is completed on schedule and that impacts to manufacturing systems are thoroughly documented and communicated to business users
- You will develop and maintain ReactJS web applications that consume REST APIs, focusing on UI development using React (V16), JSX, Redux, SASS, and Bootstrap.
- You will work with .NET Web API and .NET Core 3.1 for backend development, utilizing C#, Dapper, SQL queries, OAuth, and Swagger OPEN API.
- You will engage in UI and API project collaborations, providing critical input and development expertise, particularly in areas where team members require additional support.
- You will implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using MOQ, Selenium, and Xunit, adhering to TDD methodologies and integrating tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
- You will manage code repositories on GitHub, ensuring best practices in branching, pull/push requests, and merge conflict resolution.
- You will translate business requirements into functional code, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and technical challenges.
- You will participate in activities required to support production, including but not limited to troubleshooting, investigations, MES Camstar / Siemens Opcenter users support, periodic reviews, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions
- Other duties as assigned, incl. but not limited to providing periodic 24/7 remote phone support for the systems.
What makes you successful:
- 2+ years of applied experience in manufacturing and MES technologies, including automated data collection, visualization, quality and efficiency. Integration with other major factory and / or enterprise applications, for example, APS, PLM, ERP, SPC and shop floor manufacturing equipment
- 1+ years of experience with Siemens Opcenter (Camstar), 1+ years of SQL Server experience, experience with Mendix preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 2-5 years related experience or Master’s degree and 0-2 years equivalent industry experience.
- You are familiar with SDLC and validation & verification procedures (URS, FDS, TDS, FUT, SIT, etc).
- You have hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, and associated front-end technologies, capable of delivering high-quality UI projects.
- You are fluent in SQL Server 2012+ such as T-SQL, SSRS, and other SQL related product, reporting and query tools and practices.
- You are experienced C#.NET programming and develop web report.
- You have experience in Data Visualization tools such as Aveva PI, Tableau, Power BI, and others.
- You have excellent team-oriented communication and organizational skills.
