WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Software Engineer II on the DRMM Team, you will be at the heart of developing and enhancing Kaseya’s Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) cloud service. This powerful platform enables customers worldwide to manage and support their distributed devices through cutting-edge tools deployed on Windows, macOS, and Linux. Your primary focus will be working on our browser-based Web Remote tool, helping build next-generation solutions that allow users to connect and control desktops from anywhere in the world.
We’re looking for a Software Engineer II with solid React experience and a keen eye for user experience, performance, and code quality. You’ll work as a core contributor to our product team, building modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in React and JavaScript and is looking to deepen their expertise while working collaboratively in a supportive, fast-paced Agile environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Front-End Features: Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Implement UI/UX Designs: Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, accessible code using HTML and CSS.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features that enhance user experience.
- Write Clean Code: Produce maintainable, readable, and well-tested code, following modern frontend development best practices.
- Ensure Application Quality: Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools such as React Testing Library and Jest.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in peer code reviews, learn from others, and contribute to improving code quality.
- Work in Agile Teams: Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) and manage tasks via tools like Jira.
- Grow Your Skills: Take initiative in learning new technologies and improving your development practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Proficiency with JavaScript (ES6+), React, and TypeScript.
- Strong skills in HTML and CSS, with experience in responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Experience with testing tools such as React Testing Library and Jest.
- Familiarity with component-based design and common state management patterns in React (e.g., hooks, context API).
- Awareness of version control systems like Git and tools like Webpack and PNPM/NPM.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
BONUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (NICE TO HAVE):
- Exposure to GraphQL (Apollo) or RESTful APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Interest in performance optimization and frontend build tooling.
