Residential Sales Representative
lennon solar is a family-run solar installation business, expanding nationwide. With a reputation for our high standards of customer service and quality of work, we have completed over 3,500 installations since our inception in 2019.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals for residential solar panel installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads provided as well as generate your own pipeline of sales prospects.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, including cost-benefit analyses and financing options.
- Close sales and manage customer relationships, working with the operations team to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Keep accurate CRM records
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and government incentives.
- Attend company events and training sessions to stay informed and improve sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full driver's license.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Comfortable working with technology and using CRM software.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high ethical standards.

Pay: €35,000.00-€85,000.00 per year
