Our Human Capital practice is renowned for providing distinctive depth and breadth of HR and Organisational Transformation services to clients undertaking complex major programmes. Within Human Capital, our team consistently innovates and drives HR Transformation for some of the largest and well-known global brands. As a practice, our Human Capital team is on an exciting journey in growing its capability in the SAP SuccessFactors transformation market and is looking for experienced and enthusiastic SAP SuccessFactors professionals. As a recognised ‘Global SAP Partner’ (the highest attainable level of Partner), we provide services to top-tier clients in the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, whilst developing innovative solutions on the platform to tackle our clients' most pressing needs.
Your Role
As a leader in the HRT SAP SuccessFactors team, you will work on client-facing projects focused on transforming the HR function through the delivery of enabling technology. Our clients work with us because of our proven capability across organisational design, new HR technology deployments, and HR Service Delivery Models. We believe successful transformation and change is only possible when these elements are viewed holistically and are therefore seeking new members of the HRT SAP SuccessFactors team who have deep expertise in both the functional and technical aspects of our projects and contribute towards the end-to-end HR Transformation ambitions of our clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for complex projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee multiple streams of technical design and delivery activities, collaborating closely with Program Leadership to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Convert functional and technical requirements into robust, sustainable SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet client needs and future-proof their HR systems.
- Provide deep insights into the SAP SuccessFactors platform, associated enterprise technologies, and future roadmap, guiding clients in strategic decision-making.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Produce high-quality deliverables, including detailed documents and compelling presentations, to effectively communicate recommendations and solutions to clients.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, working effectively within diverse teams and recognising individual contributions to project success.
- Support business development efforts by actively contributing to proposals and bids, leveraging architectural expertise to showcase innovative solutions.
- Drive the strategic vision and direction of the SAP SuccessFactors practice, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth, and aligning solutions with the evolving needs of the market and clients.
- Work closely with project teams to facilitate the delivery of SuccessFactors solutions, providing guidance to application, engineering, and operations teams.
- Lead and conduct design workshops, demonstrating proof of concepts for proposed technical solutions to validate and refine approaches.
- Create, validate, and manage configuration workbooks and system documents, providing technical guidance and support to multiple project teams.
Professional Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environments, effectively managing multiple priorities and driving successful outcomes.
- Experience in applying design thinking, user experience principles, and customer-centric design to create innovative and effective solutions.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end service delivery implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Comprehensive understanding of all phases of the development lifecycle, with proficiency in development practices that enhance solution quality and efficiency.
- Minimum of 10 years of recent experience in configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; multiple active SuccessFactors certifications are highly desirable to demonstrate expertise and commitment to professional development.
- Extensive subject matter expertise in SAP SuccessFactors leading practices and industry trends. Familiarity with key SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding, enabling comprehensive solution design and implementation.
