We are now recruiting for a FULL TIME Spa Receptionist for our Award Winning Spa. The ideal candidate is a well organised, people person who constantly strives to exceed the guests expectation. Attention to detail and a passion for the wellness industry are a must. This role would be well suited to a therapist looking to change direction in their career. Primary Duties
- Greet guests and answer any queries with accuracy and courtesy
- Schedule appointments in the spa's booking system with excellent attention to detail
- Answer phone calls, voicemail and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Process payments
- Responsible for opening and closing of the Spa
- Maintain a courteous and respectful work environment
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene
- Be aware of all treatments and any promotions on offer at any given time
Requirements
- CIBTAC, CIDESCO or ITEC qualification, 1 year experience in a spa environment, ESPA training are all an advantage but not essential
- 1 year experience in a front of house role is desired
- This role includes weekend work, 5 days per week. The shifts can include 8.30am-5pm and 12.30pm-9pm shifts.
